Job Title: Remote Customer Support & Success Specialist (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and empathetic Customer Support & Success Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets.
Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot technical or operational issues, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with customers to improve retention and overall satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to guide customers effectively.
Process Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our support workflow and user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: No prior experience required; we value your willingness to learn.
Customer Approach: Passionate about providing humane, empathetic, and people-first customer service.
Language: Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Availability: Able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) during standard business hours.
Tech-Savvy: Willingness and ability to learn customer support tools and CRM platforms quickly.
Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet home office environment, and a modern computer/laptop.
Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, time management, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
