The Opportunity

We are seeking talented Front of House (FOH) Operations Managers to join their leadership team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and contributing to the continued growth of one of the industry's most exciting groups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.

Manage, train, and develop a team of 30-40 FOH staff members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Drive revenue growth and manage costs effectively to meet and exceed financial targets.

Uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and brand integrity.

Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to ensure operational harmony and alignment with company goals.

Handle guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service environment with a significant bar program.

Demonstrated success in managing operations with annual sales of $3 million or more.

Experience in the casual-themed or premium casual, chef-driven restaurant segments is highly desirable.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.

Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.

A passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
