Salary Up to $140,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Northern Midwest USA

Key Responsibilities as the Paper Machine Superintendent:

• Lead daily operations of paper machines to meet production, quality, and cost targets

• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as efficiency, downtime, waste, energy use

• Drive root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

• Champion safety, compliance, and environmental standards

• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams on outages, trials, and upgrades.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Superintendent:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, or related field but will consider equivalent experience in a paper mill position

• At least 3 years of paper mill or industrial manufacturing experience

• Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations and process control systems

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
