Job Description
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing light industrial and commercial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and tenant improvements. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
You'll collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance and resolve challenges proactively. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an impact on projects that shape communities and industries.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination, and bring strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred. A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential for success.
