My client is a global mission-based organization looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee key HR functions supporting employees in North America, South America, and Europe. This role involves managing employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems while ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee benefit programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication with employees.
• Administer HR systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
• Support managers and employees with training and development initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication.
• Utilize Spanish language skills to support bilingual employee needs and communications.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
