Job Description: Human Resources Internship

Geotechnical Consultants Inc. (GCI) is a 47-year-old civil engineering company specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, field and construction services, special inspections, building envelope services, and steel testing.

We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Summer Intern in our Westerville, OH Office. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Administrator.

Qualifications:

· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources.

· Strong organization and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Social Media Knowledge a plus

· Experience with Canva is a plus

· Self-starter with a positive, team-focused attitude

Responsibilities:

· Assist with general HR administrative tasks

· Support onboarding and employee documentation processes

· Support internal communications and HR-related projects

· Provide additional support to the HR Administrator as needed
