Job Title: Senior Python / Full Stack Engineer Location Columbus, OH On-Site Duration: 12 + Months

Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

Overview:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering, leveraging deep expertise in Python, full stack engineering, and UI/UX design. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic collaboration with clients, and the ability to evaluate and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges with high impact and complexity.

Responsibilities:

Lead and consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad enterprise impact.

Architect, design, and develop Python-based and full stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Deliver front-end UI/UX design and engineering aligned with modern usability and accessibility best practices.

Review and analyze multi-variable, complex engineering problems-considering both technical and strategic implications.

Advise on long-term solution roadmaps, technical frameworks, and engineering standards.

Strategically collaborate with client stakeholders, architecture, and product teams to drive solution alignment with business goals.

Ensure solutions adhere to policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise engineering standards.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other engineers as needed. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience developing with Python (advanced proficiency) - Required

4-6 years of Full Stack engineering experience - Required

2-4 years of UI/UX development experience - Required

Experience with full stack Java - Preferred

Proven experience contributing to large-scale, complex engineering programs.

Strong understanding of software engineering standards, architecture, and compliance considerations.

Excellent communication and ability to consult strategically with senior technical and business stakeholders.
