Position: Full Stack Engineer(JAVA +Python + AI) Location: Columbus, OH.

Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months(Possible conversion to FTE) Tax Term: W2 Only Job ID: 173330 Direct Client: Global Bank Required Experience: * Full-Stack Development Expertise * 5+ years of experience of developing single page applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, Bootstrap etc.

* Generative AI Solution Design * 2+ years of hands-on experience building generative AI applications using ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools.

* Enterprise Application Development * Proven track record (5+ years) in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications with scalability, security, and performance in mind.

* Cloud Integration Knowledge (Nice to have) * Experience (2+ years) with public cloud platforms and services for deploying AI solutions.

* Agility and Self-Starter Mindset * Ability to iterate quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and deliver solutions at speed.
