As the Staff Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will be:

• Lead electrical system design, upgrades, and commissioning

• Drive safety and reliability across all facilities (NFPA 70/70E)

• Conduct audits, model arc flash energy, and coordinate breakers

• Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top-tier leadership.

Minimum Required for this Staff Electrical Engineer position:

• BS in Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years in power distribution systems for wood products or similar heavy industries

• Deep knowledge of NFPA 70/70E, arc flash modeling, and system coordination

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Proficiency in EasyPower, ETAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
