What You'll Bring to the Team

Requirements and Qualifications

A background in Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field ([#Fresher] and [#Intern] candidates are encouraged to apply!).

—OR— Equivalent hands-on experience in solving complex hardware and electro-mechanical challenges.

A passion for technology and a growth mindset, with an eagerness to learn and mentor others.

Key Skills and Expertise

Electro-Mechanical Systems and Design

Solid expertise in the selection, assembly, tuning, and troubleshooting of motors, motor controllers, sensors, and other electro-mechanical components ([#Mechatronics], [#Control]).

Strong commitment to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) practices and familiarity with technical drawing standards.

CAD and Modeling

Mastery of 3D CAD systems (e.g., FreeCAD, OpenSCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.).

Proven experience negotiating version control and collaboration with multiple contributors on large, complex assemblies, ensuring design integrity.

Prototyping and Manufacturing

Proficiency with common mechanical prototyping tools and processes, including mills, lathes, 3D printing, and rapid tooling techniques ([#Manufacturing], [#Mold]).

Experience in material selection and designing for efficient production and reliability.

Engineering Analysis and Simulation

Proficiency with one or more engineering analysis tools for Simulation, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Kinematics, or Dynamics (e.g., Python, Matlab, Simulink, ANSYS, etc.).

Ability to use modeling and analysis to validate designs and predict system performance.
