Manager Veterinary & Technical Services - Veterinary Consultant

Job Summary

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Veterinary & Technical Services professional to support our farm customers with diagnostics, on-site troubleshooting, and production optimization. You'll be the bridge between our customers' farms and our factory's production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer farm premises to conduct diagnostic assessments and identify issues

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely, solutions-oriented manner

• Advise customers on management practices to help them hit targeted production parameters

• Coordinate with factory management, feeding back field data and recommendations on feed-related problems

• Evaluate feed quality at the farm level through trials, and record production and environmental data

• Recommend technical improvements to product quality on an ongoing basis

• Maintain field data records for future reference and continuous improvement

• Support customers in preparing accurate feed orders

• Run in-factory tests to support product quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal

• Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Pathology, Poultry Science, or Dairy Science preferred

• Prior experience in a technical service, farm advisory, or feed industry role

• Willingness to travel regularly to customer farm sites
