looking for high-performing professionals to join as Area Heads – Project Sales in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. These roles will play a key part in driving revenue growth through technical product sales in their respective territories. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to build strong market relationships and ensure consistent project wins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project-based sales through direct engagement with Tier 1, Tier 2, and
Tier 3 builders.
- Collaborate with various internal divisions to meet project-specific
requirements.
- Report directly to the State Head – Project Sales (Product Head).
- Identify business opportunities and create strategies for sales growth.
- Maintain and grow relationships with builders, contractors, and consultants.
Candidate Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech (mandatory)
- 6–10 years of experience in technical product sales (mandatory)
- Strong builder network across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 segments
- Preferably from the Electrical Industry (or related technical sectors)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-driven approach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding project sales targets
