We're seeking experienced professionals to guide emerging leaders through personalized, purpose-driven conversations that create lasting transformation.

**What Makes This Role Revolutionary:**

This isn't traditional mentoring. You'll use Voice Up's proprietary methodology that connects individual purpose to professional effectiveness through structured conversations, personalized assessments, and ongoing relationship development. Your role is to help aspiring professionals discover their "why" and develop authentic leadership capabilities.

## **The Opportunity**

As a Voice Up Mentor, you'll join a startup initiative changing how organizations develop leaders. You'll work with aspiring professionals from Fortune 500 companies, helping them transition from technical roles to people leadership while discovering their authentic purpose.

**The Voice Up Approach:**

- 5-minute personalized assessment identifying purpose alignment

- 8-week structured conversation framework tailored to individual goals

- Systematic purpose discovery connecting personal "why" to leadership effectiveness

- Sustained mentoring relationships providing accountability and support

## **Key Responsibilities**

- Guide 3-4 aspiring professionals through 8-week purpose-driven development programs

- Facilitate structured conversations using Voice Up's methodology and guides

- Help participants connect personal values and experiences to leadership effectiveness

- Provide real-world wisdom from your professional experience

- Support participants through leadership transitions and challenges

## **What You'll Bring**

- 15+ years successful leadership experience in any industry

- Personal clarity about your own purpose and career journey

- Passion for helping others discover their authentic leadership purpose

- Embodiment of Voice Up's five principles: **Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy**

## **Position Details**

**Time Commitment:** 4-6 hours per week, flexible scheduling

**Start Date:** January-February 2026 (training begins November 2025)

**Pre-Employment Support:** $300-500 monthly stipend during preparation period

**Three Pathway Options:**

1. **Academic Credit Track** - Earn continuing education credit

2. **Volunteer Track** - Meaningful engagement with professional development

3. **Stipend Track** - $150-200 per participant monthly (limited positions for exceptional principle alignment)

## **Training & Development**

- 8-hour initial certification in Voice Up methodology

- Monthly peer learning sessions with mentor network

- Quarterly skills development workshops

- Pre-employment preparation including intensive training and practice sessions
