Position Overview

The General Manager of F&B will assume full responsibility for a portfolio of 3-4 distinct outlets, leading a dedicated team of approximately 40 employees and 2 subordinate managers. This leadership role is pivotal in driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency across all units.

The operational structure of this role is predominantly day shifts, offering an excellent work-life balance rarely found in senior hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations for multiple F&B outlets, ensuring seamless execution and financial performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

• Implement and maintain rigorous standards for service quality, food safety, and facility cleanliness.

• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, P&L analysis, cost control, and labor management to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on menu development, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a candidate whose experience aligns with the specific demands of this high-volume, multi-unit environment.

• Demonstrated experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role overseeing multiple food and beverage units within a single property.

• A strong operational background in high-volume, systems-driven environments is essential. Ideal candidates will have equivalent experience from:

o Contract foodservice brands (e.g., in education or business dining sectors)

o Airport restaurant operations

• Proven success in managing teams of 30+ employees, including direct supervision of subordinate managers.

• Expertise in a blend of service styles, such as fast-casual, counter service, or similar concepts.

• Strong financial acumen with a history of successfully managing budgets and P&L statements for multiple units.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
