Customer Support Executive

Qualifications : Graduate in Life sciences or DMLT or BSc MLT

Experience : 2- 4 years

Job Responsibilities:

Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated

Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT

Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer.

Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.

Claim Settlement for non technical issues of customers

Going on field for solving the complaints when required
