We are seeking a Full-stack Engineer with DevOps expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and operating web applications across multiple stacks (Java Spring Boot, React, Python, PHP), setting up and maintaining Linux-based environments, and ensuring smooth deployment pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications (Java Spring Boot, React, Python, PHP).

Set up development environments on Linux/Ubuntu and work efficiently with VS Code.

Deploy and configure Nginx (reverse proxy, SSL/TLS, caching, logging, basic security).

Manage website deployment and domain/DNS records (A/AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX, SPF/DMARC) on PA Vietnam.

Write concise technical documentation (README, deployment guides) and collaborate with QA/PM.

Requirements

Must-have skills:

Strong Linux/Ubuntu administration (systemd, user/permission, SSH, firewall).

Proficiency with VS Code (extensions, debugging, remote development).

Experience running and building at least 2 of the following stacks:

Java Spring Boot (Maven/Gradle, profiles)

React (npm/yarn, Vite/CRA, env)

Python (venv/poetry, FastAPI/Django basics)

PHP (Composer, Laravel/CodeIgniter basics)

Solid Nginx skills: virtual hosts, upstream, SSL (Let’s Encrypt), rewrite rules, rate limiting, and logs.

Domain/DNS configuration with Network Infrastructure (records, TTL, SSL domain binding).

Git workflow (branching, merge requests) and basic CI/CD knowledge.

Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.

Preferred skills (nice-to-have):

Containerization with Docker/Docker Compose.

Process management & monitoring (pm2, systemd, basic log analysis).

Databases: MySQL/Postgres/Redis (migration, backup).

Knowledge of web security (CORS, CSRF, headers, OWASP Top 10).

Experience optimizing Nginx performance and build pipelines.

General Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: Proven track record in software development, IT operations, or DevOps roles.

Programming skills: Strong knowledge of at least one backend language (Python, Java, C#, PhP, or Ruby ).

DevOps tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.

Cloud platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Open Cloud.

Soft skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication/collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Mindset: Continuous learning, agile thinking, and up-to-date with latest industry trends.
