Assistant Manager - Casual Full-Service Restaurant

Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a knack for creating exceptional dining experiences? We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at a high-volume, full-service wing restaurant and bar.

In this role, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. Your primary focus will be on leading and developing our team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return.

Responsibilities include:

Leading by example: You'll be a hands-on manager, actively working alongside your team to ensure smooth service, from the front door to the kitchen.

Customer experience: You'll be the face of our restaurant, engaging with guests, handling feedback with grace, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Staff development: You'll train, mentor, and motivate our team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational excellence: You'll assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.

Building a great vibe: You'll help maintain the high-energy, fun, and friendly atmosphere that our guests know and love.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant or bar.

A true passion for customer service and a track record of building strong guest relationships.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L, inventory, and labor management.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
