Salary Up to $110,000 + Bonus, Benefits & Paid Relocation Package to Midwest USA

One of the leading food manufacturers in the USA is searching for a Sanitation Manager for one of their growing plants. As the Sanitation Manager, you will support and provide instruction, training, and education to operations and quality assurance in the areas of sanitation and food safety. You’ll develop effective relationships to function as a principal internal consultant for sanitation related food safety risk mitigation and adverse event management. You will also provide sanitation systems gap assessments and audits in operations. Must be a leader with food manufacturing and sanitation

Minimum requirements for this Sanitation Manager’s position:

• Bachelor of Science in food science, food safety, food technology, food engineering, or a related science discipline such as biology, microbiology, or chemistry

• Minimum of 6 years of Sanitation Leadership

• Experience monitoring & controlling environmental pathogens & allergens

• Pest Control experience to include stored product pest management.
