Job Summary:The Hydraulic Dredge Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic dredging equipment to remove sediment, sand, and debris from bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, harbors, and channels. The operator ensures dredging is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating hydraulic dredges (e.g., cutter suction dredges).

Familiarity with marine and dredging operations, including GPS

Ability to read project plans, maps, and specifications.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Must be able to work long hours, in varying weather conditions, and on a rotating schedule.

Skilled in Clam Bucket operations

Must have a valid TWIC card

Must be able to pass a drug screen

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturdays depending on the workload

Job Type:

Temp-to-Perm – Start now, grow into a permanent role

$1,925+ per week based on 50 hours a week
