We are looking for a Project Coordinator within our Fiber Department. The Project Coordinator serves as the liaison between field employees and office staff.

To be successful in this role, you should be a highly detail-oriented individual with good communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads and work independently when given instruction. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and supports operational efficiency by managing a high volume of information with speed and accuracy. This position provides e Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and computer systems.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms, including but not limited to crew to crew daily, point sheets, DUT sheets, and Thayer timesheet costing.

Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.

Verify entered data by comparing it to source documents.

Update and maintain information on company databases and systems.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.

Scan and organize documents digitally or physically, as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Provide administrative support to division staff. Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.

High School Diploma and/or equivalent

Previous experience in the construction and/or utilities industry is a definite plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Work Environment:

Standard office environment or remote work setup.

May involve extended periods of sitting and typing.
