### **What We’re Looking For:**

- **Experience:**

- Tenured General Manager leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations.

- Proven success managing operations with **$5M+ annual F&B sales**.

- **Leadership:**

- Ability to oversee a full team of subordinate managers, events specialists, and chefs.

- Strong track record of building sales, driving profitability, and exceeding guest and employee expectations.

- **Skills:**

- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.
