We are seeking a dynamic and motivated CALL CENTER Sales Representative to join our high-energy sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 75+ outbound calls daily to gun store owners and ranges, presenting our competitive ammunition packages and ammo with the goal of closing sales in a single call. This is a position with unlimited and uncapped earning potential for top performers. We use an advanced AI dialing system to maximize your efficiency, and we need someone who can leverage this technology to drive sales and thrive in a high-volume, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Make 75+ outbound calls per day to potential customers.
Present our ammunition and special offers, emphasizing competitive pricing and value.
Overcome customer objections and negotiate prices to close sales in a single call.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Accurately document all sales interactions in our CRM system.
Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on product knowledge.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in high-volume cold calling and sales, preferably the ammunition industry or in a call center environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for overcoming objections.
Basic knowledge of the ammunition industry or eagerness to learn is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus.
