As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing the highest level of customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner

- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for resolution

- Update customer accounts and accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers

- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and company goals

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using computer systems and ability to adapt to new technology

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
