Qualification: Class X and above (any recognized board or university)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Project Supervisors to support a large-scale Tree Plantation and Environmental Sustainability Project across West Bengal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

️ Supervising plantation work in the assigned area

️ Monitoring daily activities of maintenance staff

️ Ensuring timelines, quality, and care of the saplings

️ Reporting progress and challenges to central coordinators

️ Encouraging community participation and environmental awareness

Early risers with a strong work ethic

Physically fit and comfortable with field-based work

Responsible, sincere, and committed to environmental welfare

Ability to lead small teams of field workers

Good communication and coordination skills
