Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Full Time Project Techs to join our facilities management team in Columbus, Ohio. This l position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of facility maintenance and cleaning services.

Learn and perform all phases of facilities management, including:

Floor care (various types)

Carpet cleaning

Pressure washing

Window washing

Perform deep cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning

Work primarily evening shifts (starting after 4 PM) with occasional weekend hours

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Adapt to changing priorities and workloads as needed

Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in facilities management

Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to improving workplace safety practices

Document completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisor Starting rate of pay:

Little to No Experience $18.00 to $20.00hr.

Some Experience $20.00 to $22.00hr

Expert $22.00 to $25.00hr

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance

Reliable personal transportation

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products (training provided)

Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in facilities management

Flexibility to work evening shifts (typically 4 PM to 12 AM or later) and occasional weekends

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Effective communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
