Leading IT Service Provider seeks Service Coordinator to manage the dispatch process of our Voice/VoIP service desk!

The Service Coordinator is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of resources through service board monitoring, triage, scheduling, and responding to Level 1 service tickets. You are the primary liaison between the client and Centaris team members.

Responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming communication including telephone and email.
Prioritize and schedule daily service tickets by assigning appropriate technical resource(s).
Maintain current knowledge of ticket statuses as well as client projects.
Communicate with both internal team and clients to guarantee client expectations are met.
Function as the clients central point of contact provide progress updates, verify final resolution and satisfaction.
Review teams daily service ticket and time entries for accuracy and prompt completion.
Education and Experience:
Experience preferred but not all necessary.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience) is preferred.
1+ years of experience as a Systems Technician/Administrator or help desk equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience with RMM and a professional ticketing solution.
