About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized team member to help ensure our real estate closings are accurate, smooth, and on schedule. As a Transaction Coordinator (AKA Closing Services Processor), you'll play a key behind-the-scenes role in making sure all paperwork and communication between our team and other parties is accurate, complete, and on time.
You don't need title or real estate experience—but you do need to be detail-oriented, good with documents, and a clear communicator.
NOTE: This role could be the first step of your career path in the real estate title industry.
Some things you'll do in this role:
Review orders and contracts to make sure information matches
Prepare and send out documents like loan details, fees, and wire instructions
Communicate with lenders to collect missing documents or answer questions
Double-check numbers and fees to make sure everything adds up
Help prepare final paperwork packages for closing
Request approval from the lender to release funds
Send documents for official recording and follow up after the closing

Like working with documents and making sure everything is accurate
Are good at staying organized and meeting deadlines
Can clearly communicate by email and phone
Are comfortable learning new systems and following procedures
Enjoy being part of a team, working behind the scenes
Helpful (but Not Required):
Experience in real estate, mortgages, banking, or office administration
Proven ability to work on multiple deadlines at once
