American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)

Do you have past supervisory skills or are open to it in this role? (yes)

OBGYN Board certification or Board-eligible? (yes)

This is a M-F, 8a-5p position, occasional weekends position. Do you accept the schedule? (yes)
