Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to be the go-to expert for system integrity, data management, and continuous improvement within a leading-edge HR tech environment. You'll own the platform, drive efficiency, and become a trusted advisor to HR and leadership alike. Once implemented in this facility you will be the subject matter expert to implement it in other facilities.

As the Senior HRIS Specialist, your daily responsibilities will be:

• Manage and optimize the organization’s HRIS platform to ensure data integrity and process efficiency

• Lead the team on a new HRIS system roll out.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to enhance system functionality and cross-departmental workflows

• Develop documentation, training tools, and user guides for HR system users

• Act as the primary troubleshooter and resource for HRIS-related issues

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR processes

• Train internal teams on HRIS best practices and technical functionality

Minimum requirements for this Senior HRIS Specialist position

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in actual implementation and roll out of a new HRIS systems

• At least 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems like UKG, Workday, ADP or similar platforms

• Advanced Excel and data reporting tool experience

• Exceptional communication skills – able to simplify technical concepts for non-tech users

• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
