- $30.00 to $36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Tasks:

• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work

• Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns

• Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

• Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens

• Supervise building of patios, garden walls and other decorative installations

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

• Enforce policies and procedures

• Train staff

• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

• Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment / Supervise snow removal.

Supervision:

- 1 to 2 people

Equipment and machinery experience:

- Small engine equipment

- Sod cutter

Area of specialization:
