What We Are Looking For:

Corelation is looking for a junior level SQL and Java developer to design, develop and implement custom reports and batch script solutions for our new and existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to real-world automation and reporting needs while learning within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

· Collaborate within a large, dynamic team to apply foundational SQL and Java knowledge in real-world scenarios.

· Interpret data specifications with guidance to contribute to quality code development.

· Lead the design and development of batch script solutions to help automate credit union processes with support.

· Help configure and maintain Jaspersoft servers and repositories, escalating complex issues as needed.

· Follow established specifications and coding standards in all assigned tasks.

· Write clean, testable, and efficient code with support and regular code reviews.

· Apply fundamental software development processes, including basic iterative development and unit testing.

· Cross collaborates with internal stakeholders and contribute to solutions.

· On-call support rotation for client conversion support.

· Take on additional job-related tasks as assigned, with openness to learning and professional development.

Why You Are The Perfect Fit:

Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience in backend software development

· Experience in SQL and Java is required

• Knowledge of API’s and XML

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming

• Knowledge of Corelation’s KeyStone platform is highly desirable

· Knowledge of credit union products and services a plus

• Must be self-directed, analytical, adept at problem-solving, and have strong attention to detail

• Work independently with minimal supervision

· Understand Agile Scrum concepts

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
