Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
An opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic educational environment. This role involves working closely with a diverse K-12 student population, addressing various speech and language needs within a collaborative special education team.
Qualifications:
Valid Georgia state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
Familiarity with teletherapy practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
Alpharetta, GA, serving multiple school sites
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
Provide direct speech and language services in accordance with IEPs
Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement appropriate interventions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and staff
Support students with varying needs, including ADH, Emotional, SLD, and developmental delays
