Position: Client Service Representative (CSR)

Being a CSR in a veterinary practice takes compassion, multitasking skills, and the ability to connect with both people and pets. As the first and last face clients see, you play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming, supportive experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients in person and by phone

Schedule appointments, manage records, create estimates, and process invoices

Show empathy and professionalism in emotionally charged situations

Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby

Educate clients on wellness plans, products, and services

Handle opening/closing procedures, end-of-day reports, and deposits

Manage data entry including patient records, client questionnaires, and referrals

Distribute mail and ensure referral materials and lab results reach the right veterinarian

Assist with patient intake and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-dateQualifications

1-3 years of experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred

Proficient in computer systems and front desk equipment

Comfortable with basic math and payment processing

Strong understanding of veterinary terminology and the ability to communicate it clearly

Capable of triaging calls and walk-ins to determine urgency

Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor

Ability to remain seated for extended periodsWhat We Offer
