We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support to employees and managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic and operational HR support in areas such as performance management, organizational design, learning and development, total rewards, and employee relations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address their HR needs effectively.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Guide leaders through goal-setting processes, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews to align with business objectives.
• Leverage HR analytics and data to enhance decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assist managers and employees with leave of absence processes and accommodation requests in compliance with company policies.
• Coach managers to enhance team performance, accountability, and leadership development by utilizing internal training resources.
• Lead and execute HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee engagement, and organizational success.• Proven experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or other HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support HR strategies and decision-making.
• Experience with hiring processes, including ATS systems, and understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to lead HR initiatives successfully.
