Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Manager, Financial Systems for a leading manufacturing company located in the Detroit area. The position will perform day-to-day support coordination and administration of the OneStream environment. The Manager Financial Systems will be responsible for maintaining all functional aspects of the OneStream platform including financial close and consolidation, account reconciliations and planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements of the Manager, Financial Systems

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator role supporting financial reporting systems like OneStream or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

Strong financial reporting and financial planning knowledge including experience with multi-site consolidations

Experience working with IT department or technical partners to maintain OneStream applications and related projects.

Strong understanding of internal controls and change management.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Financial Systems

Work closely with accounting and finance teams to administer OneStream software and support actual, forecast and budget consolidation processes.

Set-up and maintenance of user security and access rights, organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, reporting categories for actual, forecast, budget, 5-year plan, etc.

Ensure efficient data flow and integrity in an out of the environment to enable consolidation and reporting of financial data across the organization
