Plant Controller – Industrial Manufacturing

Salary $90,000 to $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to North Carolina! This community is in the foothills of North Carolina with an array of outdoor activities to do like camping, hiking, and fishing. It’s a beautiful area with a lot to keep you busy.

As a Controller, you will be part of the plant management staff offering critical support for all financial decisions. You will be responsible for all financial reporting, monthly closings, budget preparation, forecasting, inventory analysis, among other responsibilities.

As the Controller your focus, in addition to the above will be:

• Accurate and timely reporting of financial, operational and statistical data

• Maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and SOX

• Weekly cost reporting and inventory control and analysis.

Minimum requirements for this Controller position:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or business

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting

• Experience with the administration of SOX

• Experience with Oracle or JDE a plus but will consider others

• Proficiency is MS Excel and working knowledge in MS Word and PowerPoint.
