### **What We’re Looking For**
We are a parent company operating a small collection of boutique, casual-style restaurants with large footprints and event spaces. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in **restaurant event sales**, **banquet sales**, and **selling buyouts**. Experience in **prospecting** and managing **inbound leads** is essential, along with a knack for **local store marketing** and **social media outreach**.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Drive event and banquet sales for three restaurant locations.
- Manage and convert inbound leads into successful sales.
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities for private events and buyouts.
- Create and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Utilize local store marketing and social media to boost visibility and attract business.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide support and conduct occasional travel to out-of-state locations.
### **Skills & Experience**
- Proven success in **restaurant event and banquet sales** and selling **private buyouts**.
- Experience in managing leads and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, thrive in a self-starter environment, and hit sales targets.
- Strong skills in marketing and social media strategies to drive engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proximity to the DC area (Virginia or Washington, DC base required).
