Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources and administration; Develop forecasts, financial objectives, business plans and meet goal and metrics; Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly; Adhere to high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and applicable laws; Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Proof of PSIRA certification; Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Proven operations management experience as a Technical manager or similar role; Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role; Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices; Ability to meet invoicing forecasts and project goals; Excellent knowledge of the electronic security environment and applications thereof; Must be up to date with all industry rules and regulations; Leadership and human resources management skills; Must have good client liaison and administration skills; Sound knowledge of MS Office and relevant software programs; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proven track record in the Electronics Security Industry; Must be results driven, customer focused and have good organizational skills; Ability to build and maintain client relationships; Sound interpersonal skills, leadership and must have ability to work under pressure; Willing to work long hours due to job requirements; Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
