Sales Manager – MUST HAVE Food Manufacturing
Salary $110,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Midwest

Lead a dynamic sales team to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Oversee sales activities across assigned regions and accounts, while also managing key accounts directly. Serve as a mentor and resource for the sales team, ensuring effective strategies and outstanding execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence sales strategies and achieve impactful results. There will be some overnight travel.
The key responsibilities for this Sales Manager position:
• Develop and implement plans to meet volume, profit, and distribution goals.
• Coach and guide the sales team to build strong customer relationships and exceed targets.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and secure new business opportunities.
Minimum requirements for this Sales Manager position:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in the food industry, including leadership roles.
• Distribution/Logistics and R&D experience helpful
• Expertise in retail, dairy, or consumer packaged goods industries.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
