About the Role

We are looking for qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics with a minimum of three years post-trade experience. As a valued team member, you will:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across a variety of vehicles.

- Perform routine maintenance, including engine overhauls, brake repairs, and suspension work.

- Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues and implement effective solutions.

- Follow manufacturer guidelines to maintain high service quality.

- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities.

- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry advancements.

- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair processes when required.

- Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to workplace safety standards.

- Collaborate with service advisors and the parts department for seamless workflow.

- Mentor apprentices and contribute to team training and development.

- Assist manufacturers in diagnosing and resolving vehicle-specific issues when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.

- A minimum of three years post-trade experience in automotive repairs and servicing.

- Experience with any of our listed vehicle brands is highly desirable but not essential.

- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.

- A proactive learning attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.

- Experience in engine and electrical diagnostics (preferred but not essential).

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
