Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Entry Clerk with experience using QuickBooks The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and supporting accounting operations with a focus on speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Maintain and update customer and vendor records.
Generate financial reports and assist with monthly close processes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries.
Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
Support the accounting department with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
