Entry-Level Finance Analyst – Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid/On-site)

Pay: $19–$23/hour

Contract: 6–12 months (with potential extension or permanent hire)

We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join a well-established financial services firm in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for recent graduates with internship experience, academic projects, or hands-on coursework in Finance or Economics who enjoy working with clients while developing technical finance skills.

What You’ll Do:

Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budget summaries

Assist with client account support and respond to financial inquiries via phone and email

Provide accurate, professional customer service while explaining basic financial information

Perform data entry, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy

Use Excel to analyze financial data and maintain reports and trackers

Collaborate with internal teams to support daily financial and operational activities

Provide administrative and analytical support to senior finance team members

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant coursework in finance/economics

Strong interest in client-facing financial services

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial analysis)

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
