We are seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing Property Soar with a high level of professionalism, communication, and organizational skills. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails promptly

Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and visitor log maintenance

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication

Receive and sort mail and deliveries

Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area

Support administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus

Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
