The Program Analyst-Senior supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's E Department by analyzing complex technical support assignments related to Navy munitions.
Responsibilities include reviewing Navy munitions data, providing engineering guidance for gun munitions (MCAL, ICAL, OSGA), managing budgets, and reviewing program documentation.
Experience with ammunition or fuzes is required, along with at least five years of project/program support, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing engineering guidance for new munitions.
Candidate should have expertise in Gun Weapon Systems, R&D, manufacturing, inspection, and data analysis, along with proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently or in teams are essential.
Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Must hold a Secret security clearance and be a US citizen.
