What You’ll Do
Manage the scheduling of 50+ caregivers to meet client needs and care plans.
Coordinate schedules based on client assessments, preferences, and availability.
Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts, callouts, or emergencies.
Communicate timely updates to clients and families about caregiver schedules.
Track, record, and maintain schedule changes in company software.
Act as the main point of contact for caregivers and families regarding schedules.
Assist with identifying hiring needs based on scheduling trends.
Support internal staff with tasks such as document collection and file maintenance.
Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Participate in on-call/after-hours rotations (typically 2 weeks per month).
What We’re Looking For
Experience in staffing, logistics, or scheduling – experience in home care, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus!
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and multi-line phone systems.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
