The Prospective Group (TPG) is searching for a SharePoint Developer.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead a small 2 to 4-person team focused on delivery of SharePoint services to the organization. Manage the team, conduct PM activities (schedules, risks, etc.).

Successfully manage SharePoint support services within cost/schedule/quality/scope requirements.

Demonstrate the capability to use MS project and schedule management, SharePoint for project reporting, SharePoint or another requirements tool for requirements and task management.

Take ownership and accountability for delivery of projects and deliverables.

Perform business analysis activities include business process elicitation, as-is and to-be documentation, gap analysis, etc.

Perform requirements elicitation/gathering (use cases, user stories, system requirements), vetting, and documentation as needed.

Use their understanding of SharePoint 2013/SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, and future versions of SharePoint to help solve business problems.

Develop and present effective SharePoint-based solutions to client’s needs.

Read and interpret documents such as requirements definitions, installation instructions, technical articles, and procedure manuals.

Prioritize work and meet deadlines required for this task order.

Provide critical thinking, problem solving, and most critical attention to detail and quality.

Consistently maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to deliver on-time and above-standard documents.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Participate in reviews. Conduct/lead meetings.

Ensure reviews of the system, architecture, design, and support model for solutions are conducted with OPA and additional FBI Units to ensure the product meets support requirements for the Microsoft Tools Platform and adhere to the guidelines of the ATO.

Ensure the team provides support for short-term advice, guidance on problems not covered by standard problem resolution processes and well as consultations on design, development, and deployment issues for the BuNET and Inside the Bureau community.

Coordinate with other Sections and Units within the Bureau required to support OPA’s technology solutions in order to adhere to the FBI Lifecycle Governance.

Ensure all documents are reviewed for: clarity, presentation, organization, and style; readability and suitability to audience; and conformance to published standards.

Provide a process to OPA for supporting critical incidents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the team that includes a designated support resource and a back-up to ensure issues deemed critical are responded to around the clock.

Provide critical problem alerts with notifications of potentially high-impact problems to the OPA Unit Chief and team to ensure awareness of potential issues.

Position Requirements:

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

Have at least 3 years of Project Management and team leadership experience.

Have at least 3 years of full SDLC functional experience including Agile.

Have at least 3 years of functional software development cycle in the areas of requirements development, testing and training.

Have at least 8 years of functional/technical professional experience.

Have excellent client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal).

Have excellent client-facing skills.

Have strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certified.

Scrum Master Certified.

Prior Federal Government experience.

Have an understanding of the FBI.

Education Requirements:

BS/BA degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
