Senior Structural Engineer

We're partnering with a leading structural engineering firm with multiple offices in Southern California. Known for delivering award-winning work on large-scale commercial projects, this firm is looking to add a Structural Engineering Project Manager to its team in Los Angeles. This is a high-visibility role with strong opportunities for growth and leadership, working on complex, large-scale concrete and steel structures.

Position Highlights:

Lead the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects

Work closely with firm leadership and mentor junior engineers

Engage with clients and contribute to business development efforts

Collaborate on large, technically challenging commercial building designs

Requirements:

10+ years of building design experience

Proven leadership capabilities and strong communication skills

SE (Structural Engineer) license

Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university

Commercial project experience (e.g., hospitals, airports, hotels, apartments)

Familiarity with a wide range of structural materials, especially concrete and steel

Seismic design/retrofit experience (ASCE 41) strongly preferred

DSA & OSHPD experience is a plus

Business development skills strongly desired
