CAD Operator

Job Title: CAD Operator Location: Carmona, Cavite – Project Site Job Type: Project Based Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Operator with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed construction drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and sketches based on project requirements, sketches, and specifications.

Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and efficient construction plans.

Make revisions and updates to drawings as per project changes or instructions.

Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and company quality guidelines.

Maintain organized digital and physical drawing files.

Assist in resolving design discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams during project execution.

Support site teams with technical drawings and clarification as needed. Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator in the construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and standards.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus. Education: • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, IT Major in Drafting. Others: • The salary range for this position is 27,000 to 30,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and background.
