Machine Operator / Technician - ALL SHIFTS

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machines to ensure proper performance and product quality.

Assemble parts or components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.

Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervision.

Keep accurate production and inspection records as required.

Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Assist in setup or changeovers of machines when required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic computer or machine interface skills a plus.Company Description
