We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our company. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.

Document calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their inquiries and maintain satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is an advantage.
